Our mission is to provide basic life essentials to those who require assistance while also helping them connect with other local resources. We believe that every human deserves access to basic necessities, and by lifting up those who are struggling, we can create a happier, safer, and more productive community. Your donation will directly impact the people we serve by providing us with the necessary funds and supplies to maintain our operations.

Some ways you can donate
As part of our Street-level Outreach operations, we require a lot of inventory. Although we allocate a budget for our most essential items, there are always needs and requests that we cannot fulfill without the generous in-kind donations we receive from the community.

​We have other drop-off locations in Greece, Gates, and Irondequoit. To make alternative arrangements, please call the Hopeline at (585)633-8690 x400 or choose option 4 from the main menu.
